• No minimum or maximum income required.
• Applicant must be the OWNER of the RESIDENTIAL subject property. Applicant does NOT need to be the primary resident of the property. Immediate family members like children, parents, siblings, grandchildren or grandparents are also eligible to apply with the home owner(s) to finance improvements on their behalf.
• Property must be located in Nevada.
• Applicants must provide proof of income.
• Applicant must be current on property taxes.
• Applicants must be current on all credit instruments, such as mortgages, auto loans, installment loans, and revolving lines of credit.
• Applicants must not be currently in bankruptcy. Former bankruptcies must have been discharged for at least 12 months.
• Applicant must not have had mortgage forbearance/deferment within the last 12 months or be in the trial period of a mortgage modification.
• Applicant must not have had a repossession in the last 12 months.
• All signers and/or titleholders on the mortgage or title for the residential property must apply.

RE-UP loan rates and tenors are determined by the dollar amount borrowed and type of home upgrade. All interest rates are fixed.

Loan rates and tenors are not subject to negotiation, apart from the following discounts:

• 0.50% for clients with joint applications.
• 0.25% for low-income applicants.
• 0.50% for loans with tenor of 5 years or less.

3-5% Cash collateral may be required on certain loan types. Cash collateral payments are due at the time of the loan’s closing.

A UCC-1 document fee of $40 will be applied to the following loan products: Solar, HVAC, Water Heater and other installed appliances.

Applies to the following projects: Roof repair or replacement, window repair, doors, septic-to-sewer conversion, lateral line replacement, plumbing or water appliance replacement, mold remediation, drywall repair, disability products and elderly home adaptations.
