Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Financing

PACE enables commercial building owners and tenants to access low-cost, long-term financing for upgrades that drive operating cost-savings and other similar building improvements. Financing is repaid as an assessment of the property's tax bill. PACE is currently available in the Cities of Reno, Las Vegas, Sparks, and Fernley and Clark, Washoe, and Pershing Counties.
