Federal Incentives

The Inflation Reduction Act includes rebates for, within a certain income bracket, up to $8k for a heat pump, $1,600 for insulation, $1,750 for heat pump water heater, $840 for an electric range or oven and electric heat pump clothes drier, $4k for an upgraded electrical panel, and $2,500 for wiring work. The Inflation Reduction Act also boosts and extends EV, solar, and other clean energy tax credits.

NV Energy offers residents a free home energy assessment, free smart thermostat, solar net metering, and incentives for efficient A/C units, efficient pool pumps, and EV chargers. If NV Energy is not your utility, reach out to your local utility for information on their programs.
