Four one-on-one meetings with the SRS team including:

1. Program kickoff: Review of your building’s current energy systems, challenges, and goals.
2. Preliminary analysis: Early findings and potential efficiency improvements.
3. Cost-benefit and financing review: ROI projections, cash flow impacts, rebates/incentives, and financing options (including C-PACE).
4. Next steps: Final EPIC report, contractor engagement, and support in moving toward implementation.
